Allgemeines:	Secretin producing endocrine cells are found in the stomach and in the proximal part of the duodenum, less frequently in the jejunum.

Spezielle Eigenschaften:	The antibody to Secretin may be used for the immunohistochemical detection of Secretin containing cells in the according tissues. In tumours it may be useful for the classification of carcinoids.

Inkubationszeit:	60 min at RT or 18 hr at 2-8°C

Sekundärreagenzien:	Recommended secondary systems in IHC are our Universal Staining Kits Ref. AE005 or DA005 or the VECTASTAIN Elite ABC System Rabbit IgG (Ref. PK-6101). The latter is also suitable for Western Blotting or other techniques.
